Complainant is present virtually before this Court through District Legal Services Authority, Balod and she has made strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same, if any, occasions arises. 3.

It is ordered as prayed for.
