1. The petitioner who is posted as Assistant Teacher posted within the jurisdiction of Nagar Panchayat Bamhnidih and respondent No.4 who is posted as Assistant Teacher within the jurisdiction of Janpad Panchayat Lailunga, have moved applications for transfer on mutual basis.

2. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date their applications have not been considered.

Considering the submission and further taking note of the fact that transfer sought by the petitioner and respondent No.4 would involve inter Jila Panchayat movement, let application of the petitioner and respondent No.4 be considered in coordination by respondent No.2 & 3 with the approval and NOC of their jurisdictional Jila Panchyat Janjgir Champa and Jila Panchayat, Raigarh. If ultimately, the authority upon considering totality of all the circumstances are satisfied and inclined to give NOC, appropriate order may be passed for their transfer for mutual basis. It is expected that all exercise should be completed within a period of 3 months.
