1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-3 dated 26.05.2017 passed by the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Raipur Division, Raipur invoking the powers conferred upon it under Section 53 (B) (3) of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

2. Prima facie, this Court is of the opinion that the said order is an appealable order and the petitioner does not seem to have availed the statutory remedy available to him and has filed the present writ petition directly in spite of there being a statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner.

3. Hence, the present writ petition, at this juncture, is ordered to be not maintainable.

4. Reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the appellate authority, the present writ petition in its present form stands dismissed as not maintainable.
