1. It is submitted that due to typographical mistake while filing petition, name of the petitioner was wrongly typed as "Suresh" in place of "Suvesh".

2. Upon due consideration, the prayer is allowed. In order dated 26.07.2017 passed in WPS No.3321 of 2017, in place of "Suresh", it shall be read in substitution as "Suvesh".

3. MCC is accordingly disposed off.
