Agrawal Order On Board 08/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's representation for addition of Special Assistant Allowance in last pay certificate for calculation of his pension and gratuity is pending before respondent No.3, which has not been decided till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank would submit that the petitioner's representation for such a relief will be considered and decided expeditiously.
(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation, if any before the said authority in support of his case. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
