1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is going to retire, he is aged 60 years and he is going to be transferred to a place which is 50 k.m. away and his wife is posted at the present place.

2. All these grounds are not of such a nature that would warrant interference by the writ Court. However, in case, the petitioner prefers representation, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority within a period of 4 weeks.
