---- Respondents For Petitioner :
Shri Ashish Surana, Advocate For State :
Shri Satish Gupta, Govt. Advocate S.B. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 07/09/2017 Heard.
1. It is the case of the petitioner that though he has become due for transfer, he is being transferred to a place which is 100 k.m. away. The only ground of challenge is that the petitioner's daughter is studying in Class-XII at Bilaspur and if he proceeds on transfer from Bilaspur to Nawagarh, Bemetara , study of his daughter may be adversely affected.
2. The ground urged by the petitioner is of purely administrative consideration and Court would not interfere in such a matter. However, as the petitioner has made representation, respondents will consider whether it would be feasible in the administrative exigency to allow the petitioner to continue at present station till examination of his daughter.
-23. The petition is accordingly finally disposed off with a direction to the respondent authority to consider and decide petitioner's representation within a period of 4 weeks and for a period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken to compel the petitioner to proceed on transfer.
