1. The limited prayer that the Petitioners have made in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the representation which the Petitioners have made to the respondents seeking for confirmation/regularization of their services.

2. As per the counsel for the Petitioners, all the Petitioners have been appointed and serving the respondents for past many years and that initial appointment of all the petitioners were on probation for a period of 2 years.

3. According to the counsel for the Petitioners, all of them have put in satisfactory service during the probation period that is the reason that the petitioners are still working with the respondents, therefore, the respondents should take steps for the confirmation/regularization of the services of the petitioners.

4. The limited prayer of the petitioners are that, let the case of the Petitioners be considered by the respondents No. 1 & 2 deciding as to whether the services of the Petitioners have to be confirmed / regularized or not at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The order whatever would be passed by the authorities, the same would be passed by the respondents after due verification of the facts.

6. It shall be the responsibility of the Petitioner to apprise the respondents No. 1 & 2 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
