1. The grievance of petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the inaction on the part of the respondents in not releasing the salary to petitioner for the month of July & August, 2015 though somewhere in the writ petition it is reflected as "2016".
2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has specifically submitted that there is no order of withholding of salary passed by the respondents and moreover, the petitioner in fact had discharged the duties during
the said intervening period i.e. July & August, 2015, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents 3 & 4 to take an appropriate decision on its own merits in respect of the claim of petitioner of his salary for the period July & August, 2015. If the petitioner is entitled for salary for the said period, the same be forthwith released to him and if the petitioner is not entitled, appropriate decision by a speaking order should be intimated to the petitioner within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
