Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/09/2019 Today, before this Court, learned counsel for the respondent places copy of order dated 27/03/2019 passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Balod whereby a decision has been taken to regularise the petitioner as Class III employee.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, the counsel for respondent has not informed regarding this order, taking into consideration the submission and emphatic statement made before this Court by counsel for the respondent that the petitioner's case has been considered and she is found eligible as Class III employee, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
