This is an application for restoration of SA No.118/2005, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 02.07.2019.

Pursuant to the notice issued on 17.07.2019, the respondent No.1 has been served, but no

one appeared for the respondent No.1.

Considering the argument raised by learned counsel for the applicant and for the reason that sufficient cause has been shown in the application for non appearance of learned counsel on 02.07.2019 when the case was called up for hearing, the MCC is allowed and SA No.118/2005 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
