Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this court in batch of writ petitions decided on 04.09.2017 leading case of which was Writ Petition (T) No.96 of 2017, therefore, this petition may also be disposed of in similar terms.
