1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a fresh representation before the Govt. for consideration as per transfer policy.

2. Therefore, without commenting upon merits, the petition is finally disposed off with a direction that in case petitioner prefers fresh representation within a period of 2 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority within a further period of 4 weeks.
