1. Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 22-6-2020 (Annexure P-1) which is a transfer order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Raigarh.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the appropriate alternative statutory remedy available to him under the Chhattsigarh Panchayats (Appeal & Revision) Rules 1995.

3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
