The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.407/2018 registered in Police Station Basantpur District Rajnandgaon C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 212, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act.
