1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred within a short period of less than one year and in the existing transfer policy dated 11.07.2016, a person is ordinarily not be transferred unless he completes one year of posting at a particular place.

2. The facts, which have been disclosed by the petitioner, show that the petitioner was transferred vide order dated 30.07.2016. It has nowhere been stated in the petition as to the date on which the petitioner was relieved. However, The petitioner submits that he joined on 28.09.2016. The benefit of having remained posted for less than one year prior to 14.08.2017 would be available to the petitioner only when it is found that the petitioner was relieved

under earlier transfer order after 14.08.2017 and not when the petitioner was relieved well in time but the petitioner himself was responsible in committing delay in joining. Since these facts are not on record, no direction can be issued in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner may prefer representation with necessary details before the competent authority, which shall be considered and decided in four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
