1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was continued to be a physically challenged person and only on the ground of non-renewal of his disability certificate, he was not granted promotion though found fit against quota of physically challenged persons.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that before the promotion order could be issued, the petitioner had obtained and submitted renewal certificate and since then he has been making representations which have not been decided.

3. Considering the submission made, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision on petitioner's representation within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
