Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that in the light of the statement made by learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for Respondents that the Government has subsequently published a revised Advertisement and for many of the posts reservations have been provided, he prays for withdrawal of the present Writ Petition at this juncture with a liberty to approach the Court in case need so arises at a later stage challenging the subsequently issued revised Advertisement.

Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
