The Applicant has preferred this Second Bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 222/2018 registered at GRP, Raipur, Distt. Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 363, 366 of the IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

First bail application of the Applicant was dismissed on merit vide order dated 18/11/2018 passed in MCRC No. 5608/2018. 3.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The Applicant is in jail since 31/07/2018 and trial will take time, therefore, he prays that the Applicant may be released on bail.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the bail application. 5.

I have heard counsel for the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new ground to entertain this bail application.
