1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially

appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-I on 2-7-2008, thereafter, she has completed 8 years of service on 2-7-2016 from the initial appointment, therefore, as per the circular of the State government Annexure P-2, dated 17.05.2013 the petitioner was entitled to get the revised pay scale from 2-7-2016 whereas the benefit of revised pay scale was granted from 249-2018.

3. Considering the facts, after perusal of the circular dated 17.05.2013, it is directed that the Respondents No. 3 & 4 shall take appropriate decision at the earliest for releasing the arrears of revised pay scale after verification of the factual aspect whether the petitioner has completed 8 years of service on 2-7-2016 or not. It is expected that the said exercise shall be carried out within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
