Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 17/02/2021 :-

1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.377/2020 registered in Police Station Gunderdehi District Balod for offence under Section 420 and 120-B of the IPC.

2. The applicants have obtained different amount from different victims assuring them of arranging employment in the Government Department.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have already returned the amount to different victims as substantiated in the Ikrarnama filed before this Court with covering memo dated 15.12.2020.

4. Learned State Counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering that the offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class and the applicants are in jail since 24.8.2020 i.e. for about 6 months and also considering the Ikrarnama, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
