Transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the transfer order dated 04-09-2017 is being issued, when petitioner's son is studying in school and if the petitioner is transferred, he would be adversely affected. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on a decision of this Court in the case of Rajnish Sharma vs. State of CG and others (Order dated 08-09-
2017, WPS No.4627 of 2017).

The ground of personal difficulty would receive proper consideration by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this aspect would be considered and decided within a period of 15 days. 4.
