1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that though the petitioner has continuously remained posted in the scheduled area since 1983, when an occasion arose to transfer him, he has again been sent to scheduled area whereas as per clause 2.1 of Policy dated 3.6.2015, as far as possible, attempt has to be made to consider such an employee for transfer to non-scheduled area.
2. This may require consideration by the authority.
3. The petitioner has not preferred any representation. If the petitioner prefers a representation within a period of 15 days, the same shall be considered by the authority within a period of 4 weeks and for a period of 6 weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken to compel the petitioner to proceed on transfer.
