The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking the relief to direct respondent authorities to pay the suspension allowance with proper interest to her.

The petitioner was working as A.N.M. at Sub Health Center, Ghuichuwa, Block Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of by giving direction to respondent No.2 to

decide the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2017 (Annexure P-4) within stipulated time.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2017 (Annexure P-4) within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.
