1. In this petition, the Petitioner has prayed for quashing of the decision of the Respondent authorities granting three months time to the Respondent No. 3 to complete the work.
2. We had earlier heard this matter. The period of three months is long over and in fact, nothing survives in this petition. In fact, on 24.10.2016, when we had heard the matter for sometime, Shri Shailendra Dubey, learned counsel for Petitioner had prayed for two weeks time to amend the petition. Thereafter, the matter has been listed on 16.11.2016 and 21.12.2016. On both the occasions, adjournment had been requested by the Petitioner. Till
today, not even an application has been filed seeking amendment.
3. It is apparent that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. It is also obvious that the petition has become infructuous as the period of three months granted to the Respondent No. 3 is over.
4. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed. Sd/- Sd/- (Deepak Gupta) (Sanjay Agrawal) CHIEF JUSTICE JUDGE Amit
