1. At the outset, towards redressal of petitioners' grievances, learned counsel for respondent No.4 would very fairly submits that the amount lying under EPF A/c would be transferred expeditiously in the pension account of the

-2petitioners once the petitioners submit the information in prescribed Form-13 appended to the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme, 1952.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be submitting necessary information in the District Office at Bilaspur.

3. In view of the above, the petition at this stage, is finally disposed off with a direction that within a period of one month from the date of submission of information in prescribed Form-13 by the petitioners in the District Office at Bilaspur, necessary exercise of transfer of the amount in petitioners' pension account shall be made.
