Hon'ble Shri Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas Order on Board 29/09 /2021 1.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the respondent authorities to register FIR against respondents No. 4 to 7 on the basis of complaint made by him.

In compliance of his Court's order dated 16.09.2021, Station House Officer, Hassaud, District- Janjgir-Champa- Mr. Pushpraj

Sahu, Sub-Inspector is present before this Court today along with Merg Diary No. 15/2021 for perusal of this Court. 3.

The Merg Diary shows that the investigation is being carried out by the Police, therefore, no interference is required by this Court in this case at this juncture.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed. 5.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if exigency arises.
