(2) Learned Counsel for the State present along with the OIC of the case, submits that they shall not insist upon the transfer order dated 15.7.2015 under challenge in the present writ petition, reserving the right of passing a fresh order in the event of any administrative exigency.

(3) [n view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, with the submission and consent of the learned State Counsel, the matter is disposed of as having compromised between the parties.
