Transfer order is under challenge in this petition on the ground of frequent transfer. It is submitted that vide order dated 30-07-2016, the petitioner was posted at Siltara, Raipur and was relieved on 04-08-2016. When he went to join there, he was informed that as Siltara Centre is not in operation, the petitioner should serve at Birgaon Dispensary, Raipur. Thereafter, the petitioner was again relieved on 29-05-2017 to work at Siltara. The petitioner joined at Siltara on 29-05-2017 and now, he has again been transferred to Rajim, vide impugned order dated 14-08-2017. 3.
It appears that various authorities are not acting in coordination with the result that the petitioner is being shifted from one place to other place. In any case, transfer
of the petitioner would be too frequent. This could be made only in a case of acute administrative exigency and public interest and not in a routine manner. This matter would require consideration.

Let representation be preferred by the petitioner within 15 days, thereafter, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order. For a period of six weeks, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at the present place of posting. 5.
