Agrawal Order On Board 03/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that gratuity and leave encashment with the interest has not been paid to the petitioner for which he has already made representation before respondent No.3, but the same has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of gratuity and leave encashment with the interest in accordance with law and pass speaking and reasoned order expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to place all relevant documents including decision of this Court and Supreme Court before the said authority in support of his case.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
