ORDER

Learned State counsel submits that they are ready and willing to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 15.07.2013 & 07.07.2014, within a further period of three months.

In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the State shall decide the representations of the petitioner in an objective manner within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
