On due consideration of the grounds shown in the application, we are inclined to grant leave to file appeal. The petition being arguable is admitted for consideration.

After registration of regular appeal, issue notice to respondents on payment of process fee within one week making the same returnable in four weeks.

Issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.5,000/- each against respondents for their appearance before this Court on 13th December, 2018.
