1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred representation before the respondent for compliance of order dated 5.10.2016 passed by the Dy. Registrar, Cooperative Society, affirmed in appeal by the Registrar vide order dated 24.5.2017.
