The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's application for grant of permission for developing the residential colony filed under the provisions contained in C. G. Nagar and Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam,1973, has remained pending. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application was submitted before Joint Director of Town and Country Planning Raipur, and he forwarded to the Director of Town and country Planning. However, now the Director has further sent the matter for seeking
appropriate direction from the State Government and there the matter has remained pending. 3.
Without commenting upon the merits of the petitioner's case in the matter, the respondent no. 1 is directed to take appropriate decision on the case of the petitioner. The decision may be taken within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. If the petitioner's grievance is not redressed it will be open for the petitioner to take recourse to remedy as may be available to him under the law. 4 Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
