1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner's son is physically challenged, parents are aged and ailing and the petitioner is aged about 60 years.

2. The grounds which have been urged before this Court, may only call for attention of the administrative authorities and in the absence of there being any illegality, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order.

3. As the petitioner has already submitted representation, the same shall be considered and decided in four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
