Allegedly informant Bhanu Manikpuri, who is the father of prosecutrix is present in person before this Court. 2.

This is third bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2019 in M.Cr.C. No.1031/2019 and second bail application was rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 26.06.2019 in M.Cr.C. No.2871/2019 considering prima facie case against him.

Counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the third bail application. He further submits that time may be framed for conclusion of trial because only 08 prosecution witnesses are to be examined.

Permission is granted, as prayed for.
