This is second round of litigation. The grievance is that even though the order passed by this Court directed the Chief Executive Officer Jila Panchayat Janjgir Champa to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders as to whether, the petitioner is

entitled to receive any certificate as Health Volunteer, till date no decision has been taken, therefore, the petitioner has entered into second round of petition. 2.

It is found that this Court had earlier issued a direction on 18.06.20015. Even though, there is no time limit fixed by this Court, the order of this Court is required to be complied with within a reasonable period. Considering the fact that after passing the order, 3, 1⁄2 months have elapsed, no further direction are given in the matter. However, if the order is not complied within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order which is now being passed, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate proceedings for non-compliance of the Court's order. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
