1. The petitioner is working as AG II in the office of the District Planning & Statistic Officer, Kabeerdham. By the impugned order he has been transferred from Kabeerdham to Gariyaband.

2. By the interim order dated 17-8-2016 this Court has stayed the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order, therefore, the petitioner is still continuing at Kabeerdham.

3. Considering the fact that the interim order is operative since last more than 8 months, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the respondents shall not insist upon implementation of the impugned order, however, it will remain open for the respondents to pass fresh order depending upon the administrative exigency.
