The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has retired from service w.e.f. 30.06.2018. According to the petitioner, though after his retirement he has been paid some of his retiral dues, but some of the retiral dues are yet to be finalized like; Leave Encashment and there are certain arrears of payment and payment of bonus, etc. which has till date not been finalized. 2.

Perusal of the writ petition shows that there is no specific details in respect of dues which the petitioner has not been paid. 3.

Given the said facts, let the petitioner file a detailed representation in respect of the specific claim that is left to be released by the respondents. Let the representation be made to the respondents No. 2 to 4 within a period of 3 weeks from today. That the respondents No.2 to 4 shall in turn scrutinize the claim of the petitioner and shall decide his entitlement at the

-2earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation by the respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
