Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 13/10/2015 Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file representation before the Collector assailing the validity of the transfer order. He however submits that the Collector may be directed to decide the representation expeditiously. State counsel has no objection to the above proposition as put forth by the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty. Needless to state, in the eventuality of filing representation by the petitioner, the Collector shall decide the same expeditiously.
