The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner has submitted an application for installation of an electric meter and also deposited the fee for installation of electric meter, the respondents are not considering his application. 2.

Though there is alternative remedy with the petitioner, considering the fact that it relates to installation of electric meter, respondent No. 3 shall consider the petitioner's application within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
