Challenge is to order dated 06.07.2015 by which the Family Court has directed the petitioner to disclose information relating to his assets and financial capacity. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the information which is directed to be produced before the Court below is not necessary. 3.

The information is directed to be placed before the Court below relates to petitioner's assets and financial capacity which may be necessary to determine his resources and financial capacity to pay the amount of maintenance, in the event, the respondent is found entitled to award of maintenance. Therefore, there is no jurisdictional illegality and therefore, the petition is dismissed.
