1. Office objection is over-ruled.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application regarding correction of petitioner's name in revenue records is pending consideration before the Tahsildar, Nandghat since 03/06/2017, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

3. Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, Nandghat is directed to consider and dispose of petitioner's application in accordance with law after hearing the parties concerned, including respondent No. 4.
