Grievance of the petitioner is regarding non payment of family pension. 3.
After going through the contents of the petition and the documents attached thereto, I find that though the Chief Medical & Health Officer, District Koriya vide memo dated 01-08-2015 asked the petitioner to submit necessary application for preparation of family pension case and payment of dues, but the petitioner did not submit any application, which appears to be the main reason for non-finalization of the family pension case.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would
be submitting necessary application for preparation of family pension case before the Chief Medical & Health Officer, District Koriya, in response to memo dated 01-08-2015.

In view of above, nothing more required to be done at this stage. The petition is accordingly finally disposed off with an observation that in case, the petitioner prefers an application before the Chief Medical & Health Officer, District Koriya, the same shall be processed and finalized within three months.
