Counsel for the petitioner would orally submit that some typographical mistake has been committed in the name of respondent No.4, therefore, he may be granted permission to rectify the name of respondent No.4 today itself from the array of cause title. 2.

Permission is granted as prayed by the counsel for the petitioner

to rectify the name of respondent No.4 today itself. 3.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking relief to direct respondent authorities to grant him promotion, one day before when his juniors employees have been promoted with all consequential benefits.

The petitioner is working as Upper Division Teacher and posted Government Middle School, Champa, District Baloda Bazaar-Bhatapara. 5.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition may be disposed off by giving direction to respondent No.3 to decide the petitioner's representation Annexure P-5 within stipulated time. 6.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed off with this direction that respondent No.3 shall decide the petitioner's representation Annexure P-5 expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
