The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 22.05.2018 (Annexure P/1) whereby the petitioner has been assigned with the charge of Block Medical Officer, Kota, 2.
The petitioner has moved a representation to the authorities against the said order vide Annexure P/4, dated 18.08.2018, and before one month from the date of representation the petitioner has filed this petition.

This court is of the opinion that the present writ petition is premature as he has not even granted sufficient time to the respondents to act upon the representation. Moreover, the impugned order is only granting of charge of Block Medical Officer of Kota to the petitioner which is predominantly an administrative decision of the department.
It appears that the petitioner is some how shying away from discharging the responsibilities which has been assigned to him. Therefore, this court does not find any good reason to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition deserves to be and is hereby dismissed. Needless to mention that dismissal of this petition would not come in the way of the authorities while deciding the representation of the petitioner.
