Mr. Amit Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. However, he submits that a direction may be issued to the Court below concerned for considering and deciding bail application of appellant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender. 2.

Mr. Vimlesh Bajpai, learned State Counsel submits that he is not having objection to the submission of learned counsel for appellant.
