1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by order dated 14.8.2017 whereby he has been transferred from the present place.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred a representation which may be directed to be considered and decided within a stipulated time.

3. Taking into consideration the above submission, without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the authority to decide petitioner's representation within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
