1. A request letter has been received from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg, C.G. praying for extension of time to dispose off the Criminal Case No.7054 of 2015.

2. This Court had while disposing off the W.P.(227) No.130/2020 on 05.02.2020, directed the trial Court to conduct the trial expeditiously and conclude the same preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of that order.

3. Earlier, an extension of further 06 months time was granted to the learned trial Court vide order dated 10.02.2021 in M.C.C. No.68 of 2021.

4. After taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in request letter, I feel inclined to allow the prayer, making it clear that no further extension of time shall be granted to conclude the trial. A further extension of four months is granted to the learned trial Court to conclude the proceeding in the case concerned.
