This is an office reference on the P.U.D. dated 21.05.2019 sent by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bemetara through the District and Sessions Judge, Bemetara seeking extension of time for conclusion of the trial. 2.

The matter pertains to Criminal Case No.340/2017, State Vs. Bhawarlal Pawar and Others.

This Court while disposing M.Cr.C. 9759/2018 on 05.03.2019 had directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose off the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of the order.
